Patients who have any of the symptoms below will not be permitted inside:

  • Fever
  • Chills
  • Cough
  • Sore throat
  • Runny nose
  • Shortness of breath
  • Unexplained loss of smell or taste
  • Body aches or muscle pain

If you have any of these symptoms a telehealth appointment will be offered in the first instance.

On entry into the clinic you will need to present one of two documents:

A copy of your COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate  

OR

A negative PCR result from a swab taken in the 72 hours prior to your appointment.

Surgical masks must be worn at all times – covering nose and mouth.

You will be asked:

  • Do you have any COVID-19 symptoms?
  • Are you fully immunised for COVID-19?
  • Are you awaiting results from a
    COVID-19 test?
  • Have you been in contact with anyone who has or is suspected to have COVID-19?

Hand sanitisation is required upon entry.

You must check in using the QR Code Check or manual sign in.

Physical distancing – 1.5m apart.

Please do not arrive early for your appointment.

Please do not bring extra people to your appointment.

If the doctor is running late, it may be necessary to delay your entry into Port Elliot Medical Clinic. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this.
